• Is the antenna calibrated according to SAE-ARP and/or IEEE STD 291 which takes account of polarization?
  
  SAE-ARP defines the measurement methods for different antennas. The Rod is not calibrated as a biconical or a logperiodica, but with the substitution method.Thus the polarization has nothing to do with it.
