Marketing manager
Deals with the search for new customers, and take care of the customer from the very first contact until the conclusion of the negotiation. He is in charge of setting and monitoring the data for the sales analysis and business statistics. Collaborates with the management and the web area for communication operations, for spreading the news about new products, seminars and software updates in order to keep in touch with all the stakeholders. The Marketing Manager also deals with the participation in conferences and exhibitions regarding MPB instruments applications.

Order processor manager
This role consists in dealing with the orders received and updating the MPB database. The Order Processor Manager helps the customer, from the moment in which the customer places an order, to interfacing with the logistic manager until the delivery.

Logistic manager
The role of the logistics Manager has been created to guarantee quality in the management of all the activities regarding received and sent equipment. The role of the logistics Manager, in fact, does not consist just in a visual checking of the equipment but it goes deeper: makes functional checks on all the traded instruments.

Service manager
Deals with the post-sales technical assistance and with the specific contract of the customer supporting him in the use of the instrument and its different applications. Expert in the in force regulations of the region where the instrumentation is used, the service Manager represents the company’s strength.

Training division
Organizes and plans staff training courses with the trade area. Selects the teachers and sets up the educational programs, paying particular attention to the interaction of the participants with the traded instruments.

The Web Master: he manages and updates our website. He shares his know-how supplying all our divisions with everyday more developed working tools that make the teamwork easier.
